User Conduct

Users shall use the Portal for lawful purposes only. Users are responsible for keeping their passwords confidential. The Portal contains, patented, copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed material, and other proprietary information including text, software, photos, images, illustrations, graphics, and calculators that constitute valuable trade secrets. Users may not modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content of the Portal.

Users may download or print copyrighted material for their own use only. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no copy redistribution, retransmission, publication, or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without the expressed written permission of The Financial Educator Inc.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Financial Educator Inc. will make every effort possible to ensure uninterrupted access to the Portal, and in the case of interruptions for scheduled maintenance the Financial Educator Inc. will post notice at least 48 hours in advance at the www.thefinancialeducator.com URL, a notice advising subscribers of the date, time, and expected duration of the scheduled maintenance.
